I started to get nervous earlier today bc I was and still and experiencing a little cramping it was constant for awhile just kind of uncomfortable but seems to be getting better now that I've been sitting down had lunch and had some more water. I walk two miles everyday and never have cramping after but I today for about the last half mile and for awhile after that I have been having cramping. Anyone think that's abnormal. Ill be 17 weeks tomorrow.

Oh man yup ligament pain. Thay was how I knew I was pregnant before taking a test. Woke up one morning went to get out of bed and there was that stretching pain. Only happens when I'm pregnant so I knew right than. Anyway lots and lots of water and if you are able lay on your side for about ten mins, and or switch as well. I also will use my achy bags and lay them on my tummy. Or a heating pad. Good luck.
