I agree whenever I get it bad I do a warm relaxing bubble bath with lavender salt and a pain relieving salt with warm milk n honey, also dim the light or light a candle is what I do it works amazing
So weird that's how I find out that I'm pregnant.. I get pain if I do sudden movements.. sometimes even if not so sudden.. dr says normal and that she knows it hurts.. I'm 20 weeks I had it since the beginning..
Warm bath and just lay down on ur back with ur feet on top of a pillow and omg that works wonders! I had very bad pain too with some brown spotting plus constipation and bloating believe me laying down for a long time helps:)
Yes ive had them the whole pregnancy only got 13 days left i would take a bath to get alittle relief
I warm bath helped me the most, or a shower. Drink lots of water; being dehydrated can make everything worse.

Yes I'm 16 weeks and in the same boat. Normal, but highly annoying! Have you tried pregnant yoga? Or just a really good stretching exercise? It really does help. Also warm baths help ease the uncomfortable pain. Hopefully that helps you out a little.
