loss of pregnancy symptoms

Hi, I'm 7 weeks 2 days pregnant and for the last couple weeks have had slight morning sickness.  Usually starts out light nausea in the morning and progresses throughout the day. Also had food aversion.  Otherwise just fatigue.  The last couple days though it seems my symptoms are going away.  This is my second pregnancy and I never had any symptoms with my first.  I've read symptoms can start to drop off around week 10, but I'm only on 7.  Although it is nice not to be nauseated all day it makes me nervous that something could be going wrong.  Has anyone else has this issue or similar?  I hate worrying but its so hard not to.

Same thing happened to me. Symptoms came back. Mostly they stay but I have a few good days.  My husband bought a doppler online. We use it to hear the heartbeat when I get concerned between doctor appointments. We had a miscarriage last year so I understand worrying.

I had nausea all day every day until I was about 14 weeks. My doctor said that was normal for some women. I'm almost 25 weeks now and my baby girl is doing fine.

I only had morning sickness for a month. I thought I was farther along, so I didn't know it was weird. Call your doctor if you're worried.
