I have a very low immune system so I have always taken vitamin c pills to help with that. I'm pregnant and my doctor knows I take them but I Google it and people say not to take them it can cause a abortion or miscarriage? Is this true. .I felt like my doctor would have told me if it was something I shouldn't take
Iv never heard that b 4..:/..talk 2 ur dr about it..but they.put vitamin c in prenatal vitamins..so I doubt it wud.cause a problem...

What your body doesn't use you urinate out. Ask your doctor if there is anything you should worry about.
Get the flu jab if you can. I always get it and it is safe for pregnancy.
