***she weighted 8lbs 11oz. They kept telling me I Must have got my date wrong. Like you my last period was short! Only 2 days long and light but I had a negative pg test when I testes. So who knows!!! They can't tell you by ultrasound because you hit a point in development that they can't be certain by just measuring. The most accurate date is the one your first ultrasound puts you at!!! My first ultrasound put me a week ahead. So I would have been around 37w5d when I had my daughter... and that would have made more sense
My whole pregnancy I was told I was bigger and I was always measuring at least 4w bigger. My doc refused to move my due date because she didnt know if I conceived sooner then I had thought or if the baby was just bigger. I had no history of preterm labor, my first was born on her due date and weighed 9'7. I started having contractions at 28w and by 33w I was 5cm dilated. They sent me home! Baby at that time was over 7lbs by ultrasound. I gave birth at 36w se
hecks yea my doctor has me all confused :/ she says one thing and then another im 29 weeks and 4 days and shes like oh ur 5 months and im like doctor how could that be lol my lmp was in june 10 so im almost 7 months pregnant can u believe that oo gosh so rightnow im so mad at my doctor i just don't wanna go back to her clinic:(
Everyone is sayin they give me a few more weeks but its kinda scary I still need to get so many things im a ftm so nerces r getrin to me culd it cause early labor also
Based on the size of your baby you could be further along, but losing your mucus plug and being dilated can happen weeks before actual labor. So... who knows? It's kind of a guessing game because no one knows for sure exactly what day you conceived (ovulated). Maybe he/she will be a bit earlier than expected :)
