urethral stent

I had my stent put in yesterday and am feeling a lot of cramping when I'm walking but relief when I lay down. I'm hoping this gets better soon. The kidney stone is gone thank god they found it and took it out! I  was miserable,  anyone else have a stent?

Awe I feel so bad for you and me lol but yes I'm on antibiotics for a uti so hopefully I stay clear of anything else. And I definitely wouldn't wish for anyone to go through kidney stone pain that seriously is unbearable and I'm terrified to get another one!! This has been one ruff pregnancy I just want to meet my little boy! Good luck hope everything gets better for u asap!

I hope all goes well, n yes i had the erge to pee so bad i was in tears! Lol i can cope with it as long as i have my meds n pain med.. but if i go without i cant even move my torso. So sitting up outta bed is outta the picture!  Thankfully they didn't find a kidney stone in mine! But i habe a question?? Did they put you on antibiotics for preventing a uti or sone kinda infection because i was not perscribed anything and i got a uti... well i confused the uti pain for stent pain n ended up keepibg a severe uti to long tgat i got septic blood poisioning..... tke ypur meds as perscribed... i dont want ANYONE to go through what i weny through lol n still going through!

I'm 28 weeks and got mine yesterday, the burning of when in pee  has minimized but like I said I just got it so I hope it goes away.. I had a kidney stone and that pain was literally worse than labor! !! But the Stent took that pain away. Now I just am dealing with cramping and urge to pee a lot I'm hoping that goes away Lol. But that really stinks I hope the pain meds help u!! I take warm/ hot baths that's help sooth the irritation of the Stent..I'm praying that when they go to "replace"mine they just take it out since the blockage is gone now and hope my urethra healed! I just want to get back to enjoying pregnancy :/

Yes i have one!!! Omg ive had three surgeries so far! And my pain.is completley unbareable! Im 32 weeks ans got mine at 22 weeks. Mine was because my babys placenta blocked off my urethra competley. Its so painful. My baby is huge actully :/ lol ans im tiny ! Does it burn when you pee?? Mine still hasnt stopped. And mine crystallized. So it couldnt be replaced without harming him possible killing him. Im now on meds to keep my stint un crystallized.
