Im 14w & 4 days and had my first ultrasound done on monday cause I didnt know I was pregnant.  But she told me I had very low amniotic fluid.  Has anyone had this? Im trying not to read everything off the internet but I'm so worried. I Wasn't drinking alot of water before(I am now!) But does anyone have any advice or has had this?.  I'm also very petite 120lbs..5'3 28years old and this is my first baby. I dont know if that makes a difference.  But any advice would help. Thanks

I had a lot of amniotic fluid one check up and the next month I didn't drink enough water everyday and my midwife could tell because my amniotic fluid had gone down quite a bit. I have to drink about half a gallon of water everyday or I get light headed. If you like coconut water add that in with all the water you drink because water alone can contribute to dehydration because it flushes out nutrients from your body that need to be replaced. Don't worry :) easy fix.
