Im 12 weeks and experiencing ALOT of low back pain...could it be the pregnancy or probablly something else
I got an excersize ball for stretching hips etc. .anything else i can do?
I'm only 5 weeks and having the same problem!!! I think it's very common, I had it with my first child as well.
