Bending & squatting alot, harmful?

I just started a new job & I'm about 9 1/2 weeks along and it requires a lot of bending & squatting. I'm on my feet all day now opposed to sitting more @ my old work. Yesterday was my first day  & this morning I had a spot of blood & have been a little crampy most of the day. I just don't want to put my baby at risk-any information?

I do 150 squats a day with weight. But I did double that with extra weight pre pregnancy. My Dr said squats are good for ur muscles and helps to reduce incontinence

Most drs say continue with what your body is used to and don't try to introduce new exercises that you didn't do before. I would call the dr as bleeding is something I would always call about.

Spot was red. I know my body just has to get use to this type of work again, I just didn't want to be stressing the womb. Ftm-feels so fragile!

Same here I'm 10w4d and I'm on my feet squating, bending all day but I've never had a problem. But then some women are on bed rest their entire pregnancy, so I think it's individual.

Is the spotting red blood or brown?
I don't want to give false advice on that because I'm not sure, but I will tell you that I bend over and squat a lot during my work days as well as walk/on my feet almost all day.  I'm 31weeks,first pregnancy  and never had any problems. Just tired and sometimes sore. :)
