Hello, yes I bought some of mine at thrift stores it is really expensive especially cuz you probably won't wear again unless you save for other pregnancies. I also shop at Burlington they always have nice maternity clothes on clearance. Idk if there is any where you live?
I'm from Albuquerque NM where you from? We have a Burlington all have to check there :)
If you have a Ross store, definitely go there!
Im a plus size girl ( size 18) and can only shop at plus size maternity stores which Ive found are expensive. Ive maily fone JC Penny and Motherhood but im lucky enough to have a job ( at a dairy farm) where black yoga pants and an oversized tee or sweatshirt are all I need. Ive only bought a handful of cute things to go out in and this is my first pregnancy so I plan on keeping these clothes for my next pregnancy as well! Thrift stores and second hand stores or even walmart are definitely the way to go if you can find stuff in your sizes!!
I love craigslist. I would try there, just make sure to meet in a comfortable and public setting:)
I got handy downs thankfully, and old navy had cute clearance items. And Walmart has maternity leggings for $10 that are amazing and I just bought their plain tanks in bigger sizes for $3 each. Only thing I might actually buy are maternity shorts I can't find cheap ones anywhere and I'm literally dying in leggings :(
Kelli Adrian yes we have a Ross all have to check there :) ajsbaby I didn't even think of jc penny I go to Walmart every day and have not looked in the clothes area yet lol .willtowin 160 really they have them on Craig's list ? Xojensen yes it is always nice to get handy downs :) I was lucky today I found a couple pairs of shorts today and some of them had there tags still on them I felt like I hit the jack pot lol and some cute summer tops also I really good shape:) it is way to hot to wear leggings I would die ! Lol
Idk if you have a goodwill or savers where you live but I find name brand maternity clothes only 5.99 a piece!!

Thrift store it is for me can't afford to pay those ridiculous prices on maternity clothes
Shari642 your not alone I can't afford them either and I'm all about a good deal :) and using the money for other more important things :)
Oh you did hit the jack pot on those! Lol I'm so jelly I'm originally from Los Angeles where there is a goodwill and savers on every other corner and you'll find amazing stuff now I live on Ohio a really small town where you can't find one good thing at goodwill I'm stuck with whatever I could find online or in store for cheap!
Goodwill has a maternity section. Otherwise, the clearance rack at target is good too. Also, look at the non maternity skirts and shirts you have. You may be able to still wear it and just add a belt or dash to a shirt to show off your belly
Burlington, Ross, Old Navy
Burlington or ross. Found nice shirts for 2.00, 5.00, 7.00 and a dress for 10.00.
I only got 3 pairs of pants and a couple of shirts. Not including some panties and 2 nursing bras. I have been lucky that I can wear most of my non maternity shirts lol. But you're right, they are expensive
