high risk pregnancy,help ladies.

i have Gestational dietbetes, and im 39 weeks, Tuesday is my 40th week and due date, I went to l&d on the 29th, they sent me home with a shot of morphine, because i only dialated till 2, in matter of 4hrs, but i had some big hurtfull contractions. and my blood sugars were high and blood pressure too, Why did they still let me go home? What can help me to go into labor faster because i dont feel well no more. And the doctors dont seem to care, sex aint an option. Help ladies please.

Whatever you do don't force your sugars to be high or low. I'm a type 1and trust me baby being delivered with whacky sugars is no good or fun. Plus either one can put you in a coma

I'm in the same boat. I have gestational diabetes and I'm finding it very hard to control it because I've been so sick lately. My Dr doesn't seem to care either since I'm almost done with my pregnancy also. You can try walking, squats, nipple stimulation, and from what some mommies say on here asking your Dr for a membrane sweep.  Good luck.
