I have the same problem. I had really bad back pain before I got pregnant and pregnancy makes it worse. Some things I do to help is hot showers, heating pads, using hot rags, and at night sleeping with my head elevated and a body pillow to take the pressure off my back and to align my spine.
Yeah I get this, some days more than others. Im 28w5days and it started for me about 2 weeks ago. Just make sure you are getting enough rest each day for ur back.
You could get it checked but it is very common for severe backpain and sadly it will probably just get worse
