2nd in 2yrs

So I'm 22 but the group for women my age is ridiculous so I'll ask you. I'm having my second baby one year after my first. Are there any tricks/advice for balancing two babies on your own?

The best advice I can give you is be very patient and consistent with your children and daily routine. It's tough but it can be done ;) I am expecting my 7th child and am only 27 years old. It's a major blessing but it takes a lot strength and patience from within the depths of your heart!! My first passed away, so therefore we have 5 at home. Ages, 7 years old (boy), almost 6 year old (boy), 4 and a half year old (boy), 3 year old (girl), 14 month old (boy) and due for my 7th cesarean delivery the 17th of October. At first you may feel overwhelmed but it's amazing just how strong us women are (men have no idea), some how or another you will find the strength and courage to continue on!!! If you have any specific questions, I can help! :)

@leeshamiranda my first son was a year n 3 weeks old when we brought our second bb home n at first it was good bcuz i was breastfeeding my second bb so n they both never liked pacifiers since day one but once i switched the little one to the bottles the older one would steel them so i switched him to a sippy cup right away. N to answer this question it is important to put them on a sleeping schedule my oldest was sleeping through the night when he was 2 months old n my second was about 9 months when he statrted sleeping though the night n in their room but once i got pregnant with this one their sleeping schedule has been off n they both sleep in my bed but i think ive got them back on their ssleeping schedule huray for me! Good luck mommas cuz its tough to take care of a toddler n infant at the same time i was overwhelmed.

Thank you for asking this question! Sorry to intrude, but my daughter just turned one in August and I'm now 8 weeks pregnant. I'm a little concerned with things like weening her off the bottle, stealing pacis, & possibly potty training. She'll be 3 months shy of 2 years when we bring the baby home & I'm afraid she'll degress in progress. She already tells me if her diaper is dirty or really wet, so I think we'll start potty training fairly soon.

I have a total of for children with one on the way. My two youngest are 3 and 4. It. Was. HARD. It actually still is. My 3 and 4 year olds are both girls. The nights were terrible at times. You just have to keep in mind: This too, shall pass. Both my girls share a room now. And I think it's harder now than it was before. Neither one of them are in cribs now. So, getting them to grasp the concept that it's "bed time," is truly a daunting task. It takes about an hour for me to get them to both fall asleep.

As mothers, we adapt and overcome. It's kind of awesome if you think about it. When everything seems to be impossible... We just make it work! Good luck with you and your little ones. There will be LOTS of joy and smiles along the way. Makes it all worth while. =)

Lol well a strict schedule is key for me and my two boys. I have a 2 ur old 10month old and one on the way and I'm Aldon in school and have a job and if it wasn't for my planer I would run around like a chicken with no head! My boys also have had a bed time and morning schedule since they were six months old. Find a friend or family member who you can counct on for emergencys I have my cousin she's wonderful for those crazy things that just want to pop up with no warning. And if you ever feel the need to vent feel free to message me us mommy's gotta stick together!!
