mothers who suffered multiple miscarrages**** PLEASE READ!?

I miscarried 6 months ago at about 10 weeks.
On the 27th of last month I found out I was pregnant again. (Now 7 weeks) Symptoms started strong (tender breasts morning sickness) but have subsided over the last week.
I have a heavy feeling in my lower stomach.
Does this mean another miscaraige?
Is there ANYTHING I can do to prevent another one?

geekmom said it right.
as she stated there's nothing you can do at this point if it's going to happen.
my symptoms have come and gone the last few days, and im not even 5wks yet and haven't even known I was pregnant for a week! lol.
im trying my best to do exactly as geekmom says, every DAY is a milestone - I lost 2 early on and my son at 16wks in sept last yr.  im counting down the days til I hold this baby in my arms

No, you can't do anything to prevent a miscarriage. If it is going to happen, at this stage it is generally because of a genetic defect that will not allow a healthy fetus to develop. There's no way to stop it.
However, symptoms come and go. Every pregnancy is different. You may be one of the lucky ones whose first-trimester symptoms fade early and never return. With both of my miscarriages, my symptoms did not entirely go away until a couple days after the D&C procedures I needed - they didn't diminish at all when growth stopped, weeks before each was diagnosed by routine 11-week ultrasound.
A "heavy feeling" doesn't sound like a sign of anything but some normal bloating, perhaps some constipation.
Try to keep a positive attitude, there is a good chance there's nothing wrong at all. Try to enjoy your pregnancy instead of allowing yourself to be consumed with worry and dread. I was worried about having a third miscarriage this time around, but I knew that if I spent the whole time being scared I wouldn't be able to enjoy and appreciate the really amazing thing my body was doing. Every successful appointment is cause for celebration, every week and every milestone an opportunity to make memories. Even if the worst was to happen, I will still know that this was a wonderful time in my life and a memorable experience.
Best of luck. I hope all is well.
