how to stay asleep....

Hey Ladies, in bed around 9:30, awake by 12:30am.... Not wide awake lets stay up but not able to sleep. Sleep aid didn't help... Natural ideas?

I as well am going to bed around 9pm but am up around 3am wide awake and starving. So I have to get up and I make me some toast and banana. I stay up till about 8ish then I usually take a hour nap. Just crazy sleeping routine...your not alone momma:-/

My body is dying to sleep at 9:30 and I'm out like a light... For a while :/

At least you go to bed at a normal persons bedtime.  I'm going to bed at 3 am and up at 7 at the latest.  I just can't seem to sleep.

You might try staying up later at night until you're practically falling asleep on the couch. Maybe your body isn't ready to turn off at 9:30.

I did this twice last night maybe a coincidence but never lasted more than five minutes through it lol

Yeah that's tough luckily my kids room is next to ours away from living room.

Well I have two older kids and im afraid if I go in the living room it will wake them up.

Awww, I left the room to let him sleep. Found a show on TV in really not interested in. Looking on Craig's list for loft bed, we're in tiny place going to have oldest share room with baby once he's sleeping through the night.

I threw a pillow at my husband's fat head too because hes sitting there snoring away which gets on my nerves.
