Cellulite doesn't go away. Meaning you can minimize the appearance but those fat cells will always be there... watching, waiting to return again.
Also it really depends on your genetic makeup much like stretch marks. If bouncing back runs in your family i.e. mother, sisters etc then you should be fine but you'll definitely should work out and lose the weight a healthy way. Good luck.

I was 106lbs with my first and 166lbs when I had her!! I stand 5'5, so I was underweight to begin with, I'm 130lbs now and about 9wks - hoping to not go over 160lbs MAX :(
I had stretch marks EVERYWHERE, I'm talking boobs, backs of thighs, backs of calves, love handles, on my butt cheeks and some under my belly button.
But they're all almost non existent now! The only ones that are even slightly visible are the ones under my belly button, but they're faded.

try doing squats at home or lungnes at home... it doesnt go away by itself.. that doesnt go away magically even if you were small..ive trained ppl who were smalland just did suggested workputs at home and it smoothed out..

If you have always beens small it should fall right off. Some exercise here and there and you should be fine. Your body is small frame and it will more than likely go right back. It may take some time (you wont be back to 100 right out of the hospital), but it will go.
