All day i been cramping. Not painful but it switches from lower back to pelvis area. I have been sipping on water and relaxing. Starting to b a little worried. I had a mmc  my last pg. Three days ago i heard the heartbeat and my baby is active (i call feel him/her) dont know what else to do. Doctors not in. Is this normal? With my son i had no cramping.  With my mms i had tons. Thank you for your comment, It has eased a little, still a little there but not as bad. Also every time I get up or move quickly I get that muscle pulled feeling in my round ligaments. So Its most likely just stretching. It's just hard to not worry after a loss.

Its good you're taking it easy and drinking water. If your worried about it and Dr isn't In you can call the local labor and delivery at the hospital and they will advise you on what to do..

But to me it sounds normal. Ligament stretching and such. I had that aroundthe same time with both pregnancies and Dr assured me it was just stretching. If it gets worse or stays the same for a few more hrs without easing I would def go into be seen. Good luck. Better safe than sorry
