my head may explode

I am 17w5d and have been having head aches on and off but today my head feels like its going to explode I've tried tylenoland tried warm baths but nothing helps any ideas on releaving a headache?

My Headaches Have Been Something Else, From The Time I Get Up Until The Time I Go To BeD And Usually Wakes Me Up Through The Night. Tylenol Does Absolutely Nothing, But That Is The Only Thing My Dr Will Let Me Take :( Hoping They Go Away Soon As I'm Only 16w5d

I have had headaches since day one and when Tylenol does not work I usually have to sleep it off 9 times out of 10 an hour nap makes it better for me, but of course everyone is different.
