Express some milk and rub it into your nipples and areolas and let it air dry. Sounds crazy but it saved me in the early days when I was in toe-curling pain.
Ice would only make the nipple hard. A warm to hot rag should help some.
Mine were like this in the beginning and worse at night. I wore a sports bra to bed and that helped. Warm shower hurt felt like needles but an ice pack for 15 minutes on/off helped. Good luck hope it passes.
Take a hot shower n let the water run down on them n massage them (at least it worked for me) good luck
