I've found its easier if I can delay cravings by a meal. Usually if I can ignore it that long I can avoid unhealthy choices atleast half of the time.
Do excercises, eat healthy, not too much sugar (candy, cakes, watch the cereals) not too much salt and fry food. Eat a lot of veggies in different ways even for breakfast. Eat some cooked for some dishes and prepare salas for another. Have a healthy smoothie as substitute of ice cream, don't need cow milk, you can have nutrients on other kind of food. And excercise walk, swim, yoga, aerobics but at your rythim, do not exceed. And keep eating healthy for postpartum... have omega 3 for your baby development and for your health too.
Thanks all, will do as suggested.

I started counting calories before I found out I was pregnant. You only have to increase by 300 for the baby. Maybe just monitor your portions.
Eat healthy and walking. That's the best way.
