being induced tonight!!

Needless to say I'm a nervous FTM. I know somewhat of what to expect,  I'm just getting more and more nervous. My doctor says I'll have him by tomorrow afternoon!! I can't believe it, so surreal! Any tips other moms have for me that have been induced are very much appreciated!

No I didn't which is surprising because the tech while treading it in was on his cell phone talking to his wife as she boarded a plane!

I actually was up walking around in an hour...stayed two days in the hospital and was even able.to drive home (per doctors orders which was if I can slam on the brakes without any pain I can drive)!

I honestly didn't even feel like I gave birth. ..if it wasn't for the normal bleeding afterwards no one would have known I gave birth!

Thank you soo much! I really appreciate it. Did you have any complications with an epidural?

I was induced with my first and actually will be induced this Wednesday with my second.

Relax first of all...if your body and mind set is relaxed it will make the process faster.

Unfortunately being induce is a little more intense then going in labor naturally....it more aggressive and makes your body speed the process up so if need be...take the epidural and don't be ashamed of it either!

Bring magazines phone charger and anything else you can't think of to pass time.

Depending on hospital regulations bring gum or candy to such on...you may not be able to eat until baby is born.

Take lots of pictures and try to enjoy the experience!
