4 weeks seeking advice

Hi,
We just found out yesterday we are expecting our first child.  Roughly 4-5 weeks gone. Totally clueless on where to go now. We move cities in 2 weeks time. Is it worth seeingbour doctor here or waiting to see our new doctor?  Any tips/advice greatly appreciated!

I agree if you're moving in just two weeks I would wait. There's nothing they can do this early other than confirm that you're pregnant so just buy some OTC prenatals for now and start researching ob"s near your new home. If you don't know anyone there to get personal experiences from then your insurance website might be a good place to start. My insurance website rates all their doctors by their criteria and also by patients reviews.

Usually,  the Dr won't schedule your first appt until you hit 9 weeks, so really it's up to you.  I'd say, if you feel ok (for being pregnant that is.. lol) then wait until you get to the new place.
