need input

Having really bad lower back pain and lower abdominal pain. Any idea what might cause this or what it might be. It gets so bad that it keeps me up at night. Today is the second day in a row.

It could just be braxton Hicks contractions, but check with your Dr to be sure.

Hmmm. Sounds like a call to the doc might be in order. Good luck.

I'm 32 weeks today. My bm have been pretty normal. I've just been having those pains and get headaches and then I sometimes feel like I have to throw up.

I could obviously be wrong, but it could be something digestive. Like constipation or intestinal cramping. I've been really sore in those areas and I feel like that might be it. I know it's tmi, but I went from having a bm twice sometimes three times a day, now I can only go in the morning. I'm 14 weeks with twins.  Not sure what is normal cause I'm a ftm. How far are you?
