Need opinions on if I may be pregnant....please help??
Ok here's what's going on. According to an ovulation calculator I ovulated on or around Dec 31/Jan 1st and had unprotected sex with my husband twice on the night of the 31st going into the 1st. (Both times were actually after midnight so technically it was the 1st) well a few days later I started having breast tenderness but didn't think anything of it just thought it was cuz my period was coming. Then yesterday which would be 8 or 9 days after ovulation I was not feeling very well at all. I actually felt like I had a bad hang over without the drinkjng. I was very tired the night before and went to bed early but I couldn't keep my eyes open all day yesterday and I was very sick to my stomach and actually threw up from taking a sip of pop. I had mild cramps like I was about to start my period and a low back ache. Today I am still tired but not as much as I was yesterday and the cramps are a little worse today but still no bleeding and the cramps feel a little different than normal period cramps. I also (TMI) have excess white vaginal discharge. So I'm wondering do you think I am pregnant or did I have some kind of stomach flu yesterday or could it have been implantation??? Can you feel that sick from implantation?? And if so when will it show up on a pregnancy test??? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Today i would be 9 or 10 days past ovulation. Thanks.
Hi, first let me say I am sorry for ur loss, I went thru a miscarriage a week before u did. Yes it is normal to feel emotional , after mines I went out with hubby and couldn't even walk into a baby dept without wanting to cry. I was emotional for about 2weeks..:(. I feel ur pain... I have a question for you. If u don't mind. Did u get a cycle after ur miscarriage? I'm just trying to figure out what is going on. I had a cycle after misc 4weeks later but wasn't a reg cycle to my normal. It was red but lasted 5days, which my cycles last 8days. So I'm just wondering how was ur cycle after, was it normal?
Thanks so much. I have definitely been having a hard time. I did have a miscarriage in 2003 at 8 weeks that was a lot worse but I don't remember how I felt after. Right now I feel extremely emotional like I have after having a baby. Is this normal?

UPDATE: i ended up getting 5 very light lines on dollar store tests but My lines never got any darker and pregnancy was confirmed through blood test. Second blood test showed lower hormone. Pregnancy was not progressing and that's why lines didn't get darker. Bleeding started this morning. So miscarriage at approx 4-5 weeks :( just wanted to let everyone know what happened cuz I have noticed a lot of people never post what happens. Yes I'm pretty upset but nothing I can do about it. I do have endometriosis and my doc said that could have caused the miscarriage. :(
I didn't test again today. I'm just waiting my period is due tomorrow so if it doesn't show I will test Tuesday. I'm still cramping and have been since Tuesday so maybe it is all just my period coming. Thanks for all your responses :)
You need to remember that every woman's body is different ....IF you are pregnant, it's possible that your HCG hormones are still too low for a HPT. My advice? Relax and don't bother testing again until you're actually late. If after 2 weeks late you don't test positive... make a drs appointment for a blood test. Don't keep testing and wasting money/ getting your hopes up.
What's messed up is I didn't even think about it until the symptoms started. We haven't been actively trying. Just thought maybe we got lucky. So guess in just having a weird cycle.
Remember there is a chance that by wanting it so bad your mind can trick the body into thinking it is....so those side effects could be just your hopes as well. The other thing is over time our bodies change, and maybe your PMS symptoms are changing. Try and relax and focus a few days on something else. What will be, will be.
Well got another BFN with fmu this morning and should be 11 dpo today and periods due the 14th so I think this wasn't my cycle :( I figured I would at least get a faint positive by now on a first response test :(
With this pregnancy I tested positive 5days before I missed my period. Don't get a test with lines. Get a digital one that says pregnant/not pregnant. Good luck

Well I took a first response this morning and it was negative and i believe i am 10dpo. I couldnt use fmu cuz i just had to go so bad i couldnt get the test lol and that was after getting up to pee 4 times last night!! Sk i just held it a few hours and tested then. I am still feeling pretty sick almost flu like. The nausea is horrible!! I have continued to cramp but still no bleeding and my lower back hurts horribly. I'm having dizzy spells when I stand up. I know alot of this can be attributed to af coming but I normally don't have pms this bad to the point I almost feel like I have the flu. I can say that I am going to wait a few days to test but I will probly test everyday until af shows up or i het my bfp. lol I'm keeping my fingers crossed cuz I know it can happen after 10dpo :) the only normal thing I am feeling right now is the super sensitive nipples and enlarged breasts as that happens every month before af but the rest is all new. Anyone one else test positive after a negative at 10dpo???
I have seen epts which claim to be able to detect pregnancy 5 days before the missed period. Might be worth a try! I would get a 2 pack just in case the first is negative. Check again a week later.
I was just in your shoes my husband and I started trying this past April and every month I felt something "different" we still timed ovulation but as soon as I stopped obsessing and started focusing on diet and exercise we became pregnant and I'm due this April just be patient trust me
And I don't usually feel like this before my period.
Yea I was figuring I would have to wait until my period is due I was just wondering if it would show up earlier cuz my period isn't due until the 13/14th and I hate waiting :( even though its only a few days lol
What your explaining could be your period, the flu, or you could be pregnant wait and see if u miss your period and of so test!!!! Good luck
