I have the same problem with my dryer. Turned out the sensor was bad. It was like $80 for a new one so I changed it to a different setting lol. Timed dry is now my best friend.
Def having the husband check tomorrow. If its not that it may be a sensor, either way its a huge pain in my butt cheeks :)
Check your dryer vent (silver tube behind dryer), as it might be clogged. Actually, have a big strong man check ;-) or at least some non pregnant person. Sometimes the dryer can sense the clogged vebt and it stops producing heat in the cycles so as to avoid a fire.
