I'm not due til mid December...so of course no milk yet. However, I am experiencing breast changes that make me think I will be good to go once baby comes. If I think about baby stuff, my breast swell mildly and become tingling and sore. This happened when I was doing my baby registry...I was very surprised. Have you had any unusual things happen? I have also been told hormonal changes after birth start milk production.

Your milk doesn't come in until after the baby comes. Anywhere from 2-4 days. Some women do leak before but most of the time nothing comes. Don't take anything for it.
