Hemorrhoids and Labor?

Okay, so I just hit 35 weeks and all of a sudden I have hemorrhoids. I'm not constipated and haven't been the whole pregnancy, so I'm guessing I've gotten them from sitting in one spot for too long. They aren't exactly painful, but I feel the pressure. I'm trying not to sit for too long, sitz baths, ointment, and witch hazel. My next appointment is just over a week from now and I am hoping that they don't get any bigger (which will result in me calling the doctor before then.) I'm just really hoping to at least have the chance of a VBAC this time, so I'm now worrying that I'll be discouraged from pushing due to having hemorrhoids.  My last labor, was actually no labor at all. I had to have a csection because of placenta previa and never even experienced braxton hicks, let alone contractions.
Has anyone had trouble giving birth vaginally with hemorrhoids?  I seriously feel like a first time mom now that I'm this far along and thinking about labor!

With my first pregnancy i suddenly got hemorroids at 37 weeks but mine were really painful. Couldnt sit couldnt stand couldnt walk. I had my son at 38 weeks naturally, the hemorroid pain didnt register at the time of labour ha! The midwife prescribed a cream to help after the birth. Im 32 weeks along and have all ready spoken to my doctor who has said at the first sign to get a prescription so i have the cream ready this time!

That's so great to hear! I am hoping for natural also, so I'll definitely be talking more about it with my doctor.
