Lavender on my pillow and bottom of my feet really helps me to relax and sleep better!! essential oils found in health food stores! I still wake up 3 times a night to pee but if I don't use it I'm up all night!!! Hope it helps!!
Thanks ladies. Trying the pillow thing which helps a little but i am so restless when i try to fall back asleep.It takes forever. Hopefully it passes soon and i can get some rest at least for a little while
And yes a pillow in between the legs does help massivly!
Sounds like me when I was about 3months I suffered with insomnia really bad it got better over time now im 6months I get to sleep but wake upto 5 times a night for the toilet or with indigestion! I wish I could tell u a remedy nothing worked for me except time just try having a warm bath early night no distractions good luck xxx
First trimester I slept great I was so tired in first trimester.
Now sleeping can be tough and I'm only 6mths but I've a huge bump.
I wedge a pillow between my legs n use pillows to make myself comfy.
Also go to bed before your tired
