not a question just information

After you give birth & the baby is crying for no apparent reason & you are at your wits end & think you can't handle anymore.....there is a national hotline that you can call & talk to someone. Its designed to stop shaken baby syndrome by helping the parents before they get to that point. 1-800-4-A-CHILD (1-800-422-4453) I hope this helps someone!

To add to this remember it's OK to let your baby cry... Put them in their bed on their back and just shut the door and walk outside and take a couple of deep breaths... Try to calm yourself down and remember that if you need help there is always someone to help you and don't be afraid to ask for it...
