I had my sugar test yestday and I hated it. I felt so sick bad light headed. and my obgyn said if I get a call back I will need to come back in and get the three hour test. well guess what I got that call today and have to go next week for the three hour sugar test. my sugar test number was a 142. I am so worried. wic me luck.. hope I don't have it or get sick

Since I am a little on the heavy side before pregnancy I had to take one around 12 weeks. Well I failed the 1 hour and had to take the 3 hour one and it was awful. Between hour 2&3 my sugar dropped from 143 to 86 talk about being miserable. I go on Tuesday to take another 3 hour test at 26+5 I am hoping it all goes well. Good luck mommies.

I failed my one hour. They said it was a little high. Then I miserably failed my 3 hr. My third got blood draw was 186 and am now diagnosed with gestational diabetes at 29 weeks 5 days. I was given a meter and prescription for Lancet and test strips. It ***** having to watch what you eat and drink and test four times a day. But I'm not taking the risk as I already risk smoking while pregnant. It's not as bad as it seems. Just takes getting used to drinking diet drinks (nasty) and eating really healthy (no sweets) :/ good luck girls. Just think when the baby comes it's over. Doctor told me 1 in 4 women diagnosed with gb will develop type 2 later in life.

Yup. Glucose test.  Most get it between 24-28 weeks.
I'll be sure to post my results on here after I take the 3 hour test! I'm so nervous!

It'll be hard to give up all the good food and soda,  but I agree with erika..we just gotta make that sacrifice for our little ones.  Thank god its only temporary!

Same here. I failed my 1 hour test and I'm going next week for the 3 hour one.  I didn't mind the drink though.  It's the not eating for over 12 hours that bothers me. I have to be at my docs office at 8am as well. Good luck ladies! I really hope none of us have it!

I'm going 4 my 3hr test n da am...I'm sooo dreading it also...charging up every device I have bc I know it's going 2 b boring but I hope I pass it...GOOD LUCK 2 YA...PRAYING 4 US!!!
