Starting at around 7 weeks I had morning sickness all day long. I also lost weight, and had trouble even getting down ginger ale. I was and am still on 8 mg Zofran every 8 hours on the dot. It is higher than what they tried originally. I also swear by preggie pops. They have vitamin b6 in them which help with nausea, but they are also a sour hard candy to suck on, and I lived on them for quite a while. Definitely try them! Also anything sour...sour candies, pickles... My doctor also recommended extra strength gas ex, because it really settles your stomach...once I took that, I was able to get food down and threw up less. Also, keep in mind the more tired you are the worse your nausea will get so sleep often. You are not alone and you will be okay...I hope this helps...I'll be thinking about you:-)
I would saywatch Wat your eating because something can be triggering it mines was tomatoes n Oranges a lot of acidity foods, peppermints, gum etc Zofran helps n laying down after you eat. Drinking lots of water before and after eating helped n six small meals like lil snacks helped me also. I would like to try the preggy pops n also heard b6 helps a lot.. good luck I understand the misery
I'm 23wks still with all day nausea/ vomiting. The only thing that works for me is a new drug it's the only one that's FDA approved called Diclegis. I take 2 pills at night on an empty stomach and I'm good just about the whole next day.
The only thing that really helped me was sipping lemonade. It was about the only thing I could drink. I had nausea SO BAD my last pregnancy.
