I had a c-section three years ago with my twins. I also suffer from anxiety.  But i have to say it went great.  I was up walking a few hours after. When I found out I was pregnant with this baby I said I wanted a c-section this time also :)

I had a last minute decision when I had my daughter 5 years ago. I had the spinal and i was up about 7-8 hours later...the only thing I will tell you is keep a pillow close..doctor said the second time around that a pillow is double importabt.. Good luck!!!

Had a c section 13 days ago. Ftm here. It was the preparation part that had me terrified. my heart was beating extremely fast. I close my eyes and start praying to God. I had a sense of calmness and serenity around me. then I relaxed and focus on my son... Have faith and keep clam. You'll do great. It'll be over b4 you know it.

With my first I had a cath the day of and most of the next 2nd one I had em remove because it was bothering me and I got up and walked within about 2 to 3 hours after having the csec and it was much much easier to walk around and move with the 2nd. I was so happy! I couldn't hardly hold my son the 1st time and with the 2nd not a problem. I even got up and packed the bags and toys from my 6 year old because he spent the night with us.

I go in for my second in 4-5 days, depending on how yu count it... Anyways my first was an emergency and had to have to epidurals but was fine after...I'm guessing and praying this is better being that it is planned. Just breathe and think about the positives. I am very close to my 5yr old daughter as well and what helps me is to think about seeing her face when she sees her sister foe the first time and how they bond. That excites me and gives me hope...good luck mama!!!

I had to be put out 6 years ago for my first because it wouldn't numb my belly. I had a horrible time. Had a baby late April and it was great and everything worked like it was supposed to. Can't wait to do it again for my 3rd in late April early may :-D
