I guess i can only hope my lil one decides to come soon this pain is becoming unbareable. But its not like contractions :/ its back pain.
I drink a lot of oj and milk just bc ive craved both my whole pregnancy....so i dont know about that one.
This is the silliest one I've heard lol. It doesn't put you into labor. I drink it all the time just because I like it. Sitting here at 40+2- no labor.
I honestly don't believe for a second that drinking the equivalent of an Orange Julius is gonna put anyone in labor. If someone mixes that up and happens to go into labor shortly afterwards, the best I'll say is that it sound like a coincidence, not induction-by-calcium.
So far, the only scientifically proven method I have heard of is nipple stimulation. Aside from that, I have read claims that bouncing on a ball helps, walking, milk mixed with OJ, spicy food, primrose oil tablets taken orally and inserted vaginally, and raspberry tea helps with softening your uterus and making delivery easier... my sister in law was due on the 8th and has tried all of these to no avail, even with this being her 3rd pregnancy. She is set to be induced tomorrow. She does say that primrose oil and raspberry tea helped her last delivery, so I will do that when I'm closer to my delivery date.
Pineapples will not help you will need to eat 6-7 whole pineapples and that might just leave you with the runs and a upset stomach. I didn't hear about orange juice and milk until recently and some people swear it works
For the pineappe juice i was told its best to be fresh. Bc canned it dont have something in it to help. :/ ive been drinking rasberryleaf tea to help strengthen my uterus and help labor too.
I read that too also head pinapple juice. I'm on my 2nd litre of pinapple in two days now lol
