I'm so glad you went to the hospital. You're were you need to be. I know you're scared right now-- I would be too. But rest be assured, everything will be OK. Stay positive mama. I praying for you.
Steriods do help with lung development, I had them with my first. But only time will tell. Think positive! Good luck!
Many babies born at 35 weeks are healthy and have no complications. It's good you went to the hospital when you did and they were able to give him shots for his lungs. Stay positive and strong and I'm sure things will turn out ok. He may need to stay in for a while and may need some assistance breathing but as I said, many babies born at 35 weeks do just fine.
