suggestions for numb swollen hands
The past week the swelling in my hands has gotten a lot worse and causes them to go numb and tingle. I'm not worried and know its normal just looking for suggestions to help it. I'm a ftm 31 weeks today.

I would tell your doctor it could be a sign of pre eclampsia or dehydration.

I told my doctor about it and she wasn't concerned since my blood pressure is always low. I am going to let her know at my appointment on Wednesday that it has gotten worse. Thanks ladies
