When I feel my lungs getting cramped and start getting almost claustrophobic feeling, I know it seems weird, but I go for a walk or I move around. The movement makes me feel like I have more space and I start to breathe normal. I'm 34 + 3 and I notice the breathing issue more when I'm still. I hope you feel better, hang in there :-)

Your baby is pushing all of your organs up to make room for it self to grow so it kinda squishes your lungs thats y are out of breath
