Mucus plug!
so I'm 38+4 and just lost my mucus plug.. My question is does that mean I'm dilated? Because at the last time I was checked at 36 weeks I was 70% effected but wasn't dilated yet..
How do u know u lost the muscus plug is it a lot or small amount?

I'm 38 wks today and the doctor said it's normal to lose it. It's when you start to bleed or have contractions that you should call them to come in. You probably haven't started to dialate yet. Good luck
