Yoga and Pilates are amazing!!! Also sleeping with a snoogle helps immensely to take pressure off. I had horrible back pain with my first bc my tailbone went out of place in pregnancy. This time it started happening again and I immediately started my yoga/Pilates routine again and the pain went away the same day. I also had to start sleeping with my pregnancy pillow (snoogle) earlier this time. Thanks to those two things my pain is gone though. If I go a day without doing my Pilates the pain starts to come back though. It's really important to keep active and stretch bc all your ligaments are moving to adjust for a growing baby.
