pain in my groin and buttocks

I am 19 wks and 2 days and I'm beginning to get pain in those areas what are some good ways to subside that pain..first time mom btw

No problem! There are lots of great ones on YouTube for during pregnancy that are great for beginners. Hope it helps you too!

Never tried yoga or Pilates but I'm always up time try new things... thank yu

Yoga and Pilates are amazing!!! Also sleeping with a snoogle helps immensely to take pressure off. I had horrible back pain with my first bc my tailbone went out of place in pregnancy. This time it started happening again and I immediately started my yoga/Pilates routine again and the pain went away the same day. I also had to start sleeping with my pregnancy pillow (snoogle) earlier this time. Thanks to those two things my pain is gone though. If I go a day without doing my Pilates the pain starts to come back though. It's really important to keep active and stretch bc all your ligaments are moving to adjust for a growing baby.
