I just had that for breakfast! I take prenatal vitamins so my baby gets his nutrients regardless.
All I had for dinner was rice. I also feel guilty for not eating enough but there wasn't anything else and ugh I'm still hungry and it's eleven at night already
PB&J used to be the only thing I could stand to eat. The peanut butter has protein, so that's good. I wouldn't worry too hard.
And peanut butter is very good. Protein niacin a. It of iron etc eat it on whole grain bread full of fiber and not so bad! :-) lol I was craving jello last night
I've had peanut butter toast and a glass a milk yum. Might have to have that for breakfast.
The baby is gonna take what it needs regardless. I ate a can of soup at like 8 and just ate jello. That was my dinner lol like u, I have nothing to eat in the house. Plus we got prenatal vitamins so....
