pineapples

Heard so much about these. But do you eat it by themselves or in a special way? I'm 37+2 now

It might but fresh pineapple will do better. If you need to watch your sugar I've been reading reviews about primerose oil. You might look into that:) Myself personally swear by squats. Doing lounges might help too. But do it where you can use the wall as a support

What if you have gestational diabetes?  I have to limit my sugars intake  and I'm 35.5 weeks

I ate them throughout my whole first pregnancy (craved them!) I never once had a contraction and had a csection 3 days before my due date.
