Im 21 weeks with my 2nd. I am placenta previa since 10 weeks. Just like you it is only over part of my cervix.  I have been advised no sex. I have also been told it most cases like ours as your uterus grows the placenta can shift out of the way. My doctor's have said that if it doesn't shift by 28 weeks then I will definitely be c section. They told me they usually schedule one but when you are placenta previa you dont usually make it to the schedule c section. Im not sure if they will put me in bed rest.  They havent mentioned it but I have heard that you could be put on it. Im hoping that I won't be put on it but we shall see.
