IM I HAVING CONTRACTIONS?

I'm 32 weeks and I can't tell if I'm having contractions. At my last appointment my doctor said the baby was in position and when she checked my cervix everything was fine however she did say that she can feel the babies head I didn't ask if I was going to have the baby sooner and she didn't seem concerned.

Last night I started experiencing lower back pain and the feeling you get the day before you get your period? Like cramping but it went away. This morning after my walk I was in so much pain. My belly felt heavy and lower back was hurting now I'm feeling like menstrual cramps but I honestly don't know if it's a contraction or what !!

Are they going away w rest ?? Are they timable?

Drink a bunch of water and lay down. If you're still feeling thr same then go get checked.
