I'm planning a p&o cruise for the near future and thought the same. Give P&O a call and ask them. They have a medical clinic on board abs I'm pretty sure if you've been traveling well so far that their shouldn't be any problems unless by the time you go on you're entering your 3rd trimester.. Then they may be concerned. Also travel insurance may help.

Talk to a doctor. Also check with the cruise company.
