head cold help
Hi ladies, I'm desperate for your suggestions! I have a nasty head cold with terrible sinus pressure & constant drainage. I've gone through two boxes of tissues today alone!! I've tried hot showers, gargling salt water, nasal decongestant spray, hot water with honey & lemon, cough drops, benadryl to dry things up so I can sleep, Tylenol for the sinus pain & a warm air humidifier with Vicks at night-nothing seems to help & I'm miserable!! I only got an hour or so of sleep last night & I'm exhausted! I would welcome any preggo safe suggestions! :-(
Oh my goodness, you poor thing! I think my wisdom teeth are trying to come in and I don't know what to do?! I took Tylenol about 45 mins ago, but am still in pain. I hope we find answers and especially relief soon! Good luck and best wishes!
You may need antibiotics for a sinus infection..i would call your doctor..how far along are you?
