prenatal workout?

Just curious as to how many of you work out while pregnant. I was very much into fitness before I got pregnant but my first trimester (even before I knew I was pregnant) I pretty much stopped everything because I had no energy.
I'm now 15 weeks and this is my 2nd day in a row doing some light workouts. Anyone else?

I use the tracy mallet fitness pregnancy system 3 in 1 dvd. It's Got easier work outs for first trimester and some different ones for second and third trimester.  Also has works out to get your body ready for labor and post natal. I have two other dvds but this one is my favorite.

I do Yoga Booty Ballet Baby on the Way from Team Beachbody bc I'm a Beachbody coach. It has the cheese factor I don't like with yoga but it makes my hips feel better.

I have been working out basically like before pregnancy at least 5 days/ week- running, yoga, exercise videos, long hikes, etc. I just modify anything super strenuous and back off when I'm feeling tired.  I've had a super easy pregnancy so far with no fatigue or nausea so I think that has allowed me to keep working out. My ob said " activity as normal as long as I'm tolerating it well." She did advise eliminating fall risk at 12 weeks ( snowboarding was my big fall risk but I still cross country ski).

I tried yoga a few different times and I...just don't like it. I wish I did lol. I've been going on walks but now I'm starting to get back into actual workouts. I have a feeling my legs and booty are going to feel it tomorrow though!

Im 38 weeks pregnant and still workout!!:) I do 3-4 mile walks, 40-60 squats and some type of 20 minute cardio prenatal workouts (power walks or dance)..just check with your doctor to make sure you are ok with doing it still..but keep up working out!! Its helps with labor and delivery!! Good luck mommies!!:)

You can do cycling and yoga that works great for pregnancy but stop when you feel discomfort, cramping

Im 22 wks and I've stopped all my zumba classes (the only thing I truly miss) but I try as much as I can to do light weights and use my treadmill as much as possible but some days I can sprint for a hr and sometimes I can't even make it 30 min! So just do what feels rite! Ur body will tell u when it's enough!  Congrats!
