Constant painful Braxton Hicks anyone?

I'm 31 weeks today. I have been having constant Braxton Hicks for the past month. They'll last for a couple of hours and then they'll go away, but I'm always having them. This isn't my first pregnancy but it's my first time having twins and constant bh. Has anyone else experienced this? Sometimes I can't even move around because they hurt so bad. BP is normal, HR's are normal, my boy and girl are very healthy and LARGE for twins. I'm nervous. Yes, I would love to have my ribs and lungs back, but I'm afraid that they'll come too early. I want to make it to at least 36 weeks.

I have had mine for about that long, but I'm high risk and they have me on bed rest. I was also taking pregesterone cream til 34 weeks & have a cervical cerclage. My cervical cerclage won't be taken out till Im 37weeks. Being ur having twins I knw a lot of ur symptoms will come earlier I being most twins come earlier. I would definitely talk to ur doc to be safe.

Even if they don't hurt  you shouldn't be having more than four in one hour. But it's be happening for a month so maybe it's normal for twins. Idk

This is my second pregnancy and I didn't have them the first time till two days before I had my daughter. I'm 29 weeks 4 days and I've been getting Braxton hicks for the last 3 weeks on and off. They feel like menstrual cramps. I read you can get them when you're dehydrated and I've noticed it helps when I drink water or I'll get them when I know I haven't had enough water. I try and drink between 6-8 glasses a day.
