I just wanted to ask you Ladies who have already given birth and are trying to get back in-shape. Does tying a cloth around your belly really helps with flattening your belly? If it does, how long did it take you? Were you exercising at the same time? Or you just tyed it without exercise?
Cos i'v been tying mine since day 1 and i don't see any difference and its 4months and 3weeks now. My weight is keeps going up and down between 70kg-75kg. Any suggestions?
