Drink pear or prune juice. Eat lots of fruits n veggies and whole grains.
Get some milk of magnesium. That stuff works great when everything else has failed. My doctor says it's safe and to use colace if constipation is an ongoing problem.
Every morning drink a glass of warm water with lemon before you eat or drink anything else. Eat a lot of fiber and drink a lot of water throughout the day. Prune juice helps too and make sure you're getting enough exercise every day.
My dr said to use a stool softener. Or you will get hemmroids. She didn't tell me this until after I tried a laxative and ended up with hemmroids lol. Not cool!
