Yes, just reach out for help from friends and family. I'm a ftm and due in mid January so don't know first hand, but most of my friends have had the baby blues and one with true post partum depression with her 4th baby. They all say it's normal bc of the hormones and just adjusting to this new way of living. Even those who had a pretty good support system had some baby blues bc of stress from breastfeeding or trying to do everything themselves all the time.

ftm and not do until February. and definitely nervous about after the baby is born. just know its normal, your hormones are going just as crazy as they were during the pregnancy. ive done some reading in preparing for postpartum. so a support system for you is very important,  ask for help so you can focus on you alittle whether that means a simple shower or nap. reach out to your partner for more help or extended family. And i would speak to your dr at your next check up or book something sooner if its awhile away. sorry i can't help from personal experience but remember your sleep deprived, healing from delivering and your body is reajusting hormones. take care of yourself mama. and congrats on your little one!

I would talk to your doc because it could be depression which can get really bad after baby
