So last night after the kids were in bed, the hubby n I we're watching a movie. All the sudden our phones started alerting us and the tornado sirens started going off! After a couple minutes when the noise died down, we heard a strange noise. So, him n I both jumped up n ran outside (cuz, ya know, that's what everybody does when a tornado might be coming lol jk). In the middle of our yard we seen a tiny white spot! As we got closer, we both yelled "kitty!" Lol.. Bless it's tiny little heart! It was all wet and crying :( my hubby proceeded to pick it up, bring it in the house, and cook it hamburger n gave it milk. It can't be any older than maybe 8wks. Then, as we we're laying in bed, with kitty all snuggled n sleeping in a box next to us, the hubs mentioned finding it a home in the morning.. I swear if I have to get rid of this kitty after seeing my 2yr old son with it today I'm gonna have a meltdown lol

I'm all most positive it don't belong to somebody else.. We have about 7 strays that come around are house and we live woods and a river. Last year we found a litter under our porch and found them all homes. We also live on a dead end road with only a few trailers near by, and my husband asked them all this morning. I plan on making a few calls just to make sure though. I'm an absolute animal lover too, all the animals we have ever had are rescued :) it jus broke both our hearts, we couldn't jus leave her

Wonderful story! Just make sure it doesn't belong to another family. Call around to shelters to see if anyone reported it missing, and check if it microchiped
